2. PRODUCT PRICES AND DESCRIPTIONS

2.1. All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).
2.2. Product descriptions are provided on the product pages of the online store, detailing the main characteristics and usage instructions of each item.
2.3. TURPS Organic Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, for confirmed orders, the price valid at the time of purchase will apply.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION

3.1. An order is considered confirmed when the customer has selected the desired products, added them to the shopping cart, and paid using one of the available payment methods.
3.2. After payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email.
3.3. If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

5. DELIVERY

• Parcel locker (Omniva, SmartPost, DPD)

• Courier delivery

• Local pickup (if applicable)

  5.2. Delivery time is 1–5 working days, depending on the destination and order size.
  5.3. If the order does not arrive within the specified time, please contact our customer service.

6. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. According to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days without giving a reason.
6.2. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
6.3. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the delivered product was defective or incorrect.
6.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

7. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

7.1. TURPS Organic Ltd is responsible for product non-conformity with contractual terms for 2 years from the date of purchase.
7.2. If the product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint via email and request a replacement or refund.
7.3. If the complaint is justified, all return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8.1. Customer personal data is processed in accordance with Estonian and EU data protection legislation.
8.2. TURPS Organic Ltd does not share customer data with third parties without the customer’s consent, except in cases required by applicable law.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. All misunderstandings and disputes will be resolved through negotiations whenever possible.
9.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or take the matter to court.
